SOL / Star Of Light.
SUN / Children under the SUN.
How many different images and letters can YOU come up with, if you from before know a little bit swedish and english/american?
Anyhow I think here it should now be pretty clear that that the swedish word SOL is to be translated as SUN, and that when talking, it is quite easy to hear the word son, even though we should, in my opinion, celebrate the birth of a CHILD, in the same way, no difference if it is a girl or a boy. And of course not: We should not have preferences depending on skin or hair colour.
